Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition / Energy Management (SCADA/EMS) and similar Systems

My experiences with SCADA systems start in 1979 and cover a very wide range of activities, including cost estimating, design, specifications, evaluation of offers, representation of the Contracting Officer, factory inspection tests, final acceptance tests preparation, as well as preparation, loading, and verification of data bases, custom diagrams, and application programs.

I have participated in SCADA systems from the Contracting Officer side as well as from the Contractor's side. Should you have a Process Control or SCADA project, I may be on your side defending your best interests.
